What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team


• Manage the quotation preparation, review, and delivery process


• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints


• Develop and improve customer service procedures


• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and other departments


• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities


• Maintain CRM and ERP customer data


• Prepare reports for management review

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED


• Experience as a Customer Service Supervisor, Quotation Supervisor, or similar role


• Strong understanding of customer service principles


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to manage and motivate a team


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


• Experience with CRM and customer service software

Wage and Schedule

We have a position available on the following shift, with a minimum base rate of $20.00/hour.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
