Supervisor - Dietary

Position Overview: This position supervises dietary staff, coordinates daily assignments, monitors food preparation and service, and ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. The Dietary Supervisor promotes excellent customer service while maintaining efficient department operations and supporting the overall nutritional needs of patients. We are looking for someone who sets a positive example by displaying a friendly and professional attitude to all customers and staff. Position is full-time with various shifts, rotating holidays and weekends as needed.

Pre-Employment Requirements: 

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements:

• Validation of high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but will consider previous related work experience.

Job Requirements: 

• Must have MCHD Food Handlers Card.


• Must have previous supervisor experience in Food Service.


• Must be able to motivate staff to complete tasks.


• Must present self in a professional manner.


• Must be able to speak clearly.


• Must be able follow Safety procedures.


• Must be able to follow Policies & Procedures.


• Must be able to follow verbal direction.


• Must be able to work a variety of shifts.


• Must be willing to be cross trained.


• Must be a team player.
