Description

CSO, an innovative non-profit, has an opening for an EARN Supervisor working in the nine County Central Region Workforce Development Area.  Provides daily oversight for implementation of TANF employment and training programs. This position is responsible for staff supervision, ensuring program services are delivered in compliance with federal, state and local policies, monitoring program performance and oversight of service delivery. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or combination of education and experience, which indicates possession of skills, knowledge and abilities listed above.  3-5 years experience working in governmentally funded programs  and significant supervisory experience required.
