Supervisor Home and Community Based Services

Overview

Heritage Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for Home and Community Based Services to lead the daily operational and staffing efforts of our in-home care services team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a wide range of client support services while ensuring compliance, quality of care, and efficient scheduling and staffing across our home care programs.

This is a full-time, leadership-level role ideal for someone with strong organizational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, payroll functions, electronic visit verification (EVV) billing, and service coordination
• Supervise and support field and administrative staff to ensure timely, high-quality care delivery
• Coordinate client care plans and ensure all services align with prescribed needs and agency standards
• Monitor performance metrics including staffing levels, visit compliance, and productivity benchmarks
• Serve as liaison with clients, families, managed care organizations (MCOs), state agencies, and third-party assessors
• Participate in orientation, training, and performance evaluations of staff
• Manage corrective action, conflict resolution, and terminations as needed
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
• Promote agency services and employment opportunities within the community
• Respond to and resolve client and employee concerns, complaints, and incidents

Qualifications

• High school diploma strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, project management, case management, or scheduling
• Current Active Drivers License/ Clean Driving Record
• Experience in home healthcare or disability services preferred
• Basic knowledge of Medicaid, Social Security, and Waiver programs highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and EVV systems a plus
