This is a role for a professional responsible for guiding, monitoring, and leading a team in a call center environment. They are responsible for assisting their team with meeting performance goals and ensuring SLA expectations are met.

Responsibilities:
1 Applying site and corporate policies without bias. Engage HR to guide decisions.
2 Coaching their direct reports towards meeting performance expectations (Quality, Adherence, Attendance, etc.)
3 Communicating objectives via written and oral means clearly and concise.
4 Motivating individual team members to work together to meet objectives.
5 Ensuring employees are adhering to their schedules so calls are answered within SLA requirements.
6 Performing quality audits monthly to ensure representatives are employing call handling skills as appropriate.
7 Developing action plans when objectives are not being met.

Requirements:
1 Benefits Administration Experience
2 Call center experience (preferred)
3 Excellent oral and written communication skills
4 Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
5 The ability to confidently take action when needed to ensure SLA and performance requirements are met.
6 Ability to interpret and apply corporate policy.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $45k-$50k.
