SBWIB, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and qualified leader for the Job Development Programs Supervisor role. This position will provide essential guidance and oversight to a team of Program District Assistants (PDAs) across diverse functions such as Job Development, Job Readiness (Blueprint Trainers), and Job Coaching for the Transitional Subsidized Employment (TSE) programs. As the Supervisor, you will evaluate team productivity and effectiveness, assess goals, practices, and policies, and recommend and implement necessary improvements. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving and critical thinking, with a proven ability to address issues and propose actionable solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to ensure smooth team operations, fostering effective collaboration, and driving the team toward achieving organizational goals. Daily motivation and support will be crucial to inspire and lead the team to meet and exceed expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a standard workweek of 40 hours, generally with a starting pay rate of $31.97- $36.48 per hour, commensurate with experience. SBWIB, Inc. offers a comprehensive employee benefits package, which includes:
