Location: Orlando, FL | Full Time | Pay Range: $54,678.86-$65,878.15 per year(Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do


Lead Quality Operations



  • Coordinate daily quality control activities by assigning work, setting priorities, and directing team efforts.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures that support established standards and customer expectations.

  • Monitor production, packaging, and warehouse quality outcomes to ensure consistency and reliability.


Drive Continuous Improvement



  • Improve operational systems, workflows, policies, and reporting processes that support stronger business performance.

  • Play a key role in long-term planning initiatives focused on operational excellence.

  • Contribute to organizational planning and strategy as part of the management team.


Develop and Coach Your Team



  • Set clear goals and expectations for direct reports.

  • Provide timely feedback, recognize strong performance, and address performance gaps.

  • Identify training and development opportunities that help team members grow professionally.

  • Support performance reviews and career development planning.


Strengthen Customer Satisfaction



  • Track and document customer feedback related to product performance, specifications, and reliability.

  • Use quality data and operational insights to drive corrective actions and process improvements. 


Partner Across the Business



  • Collaborate with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to implement changes effectively and efficiently.

  • Support workforce planning efforts to ensure staffing aligns with approved business needs.


Champion Safety and Accountability



  • Conduct regular safety audits within assigned areas.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.


What You Bring



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • GDAP qualifications or 5–7 years of experience in audiovisual operations, quality assurance, inventory control, or a related warehouse environment. 

  • Experience leading teams, setting priorities, and managing performance.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and drive effective solutions.

  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • The ability to build strong working relationships across departments and influence positive change.
