Material Handler Supervisor-Night


Summary


Join Millennium Print Group as a Material Handler Supervisor-Night!
We’re looking for a Material Handler Supervisor-Night to lead shift-based material handling operations supporting finishing and packaging. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate material flow, inventory integrity, and on-time production execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite (Shift-based; nights may apply)
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + full benefits package


What You'll Do:




  • Supervise and support Material Handlers to ensure efficient daily production support




  • Organize labor and work assignments to optimize uptime and material readiness




  • Oversee material movement between storage, production, and finishing areas




  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions and system documentation




  • Maintain accountability for inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts




  • Enforce standardized material handling, labeling, scanning, and storage procedures




  • Promote safe, clean, and organized work areas in alignment with safety standards




  • Coach, train, and develop team members to meet performance expectations




  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and waste reduction




  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Scheduling teams to support on-time delivery




What You'll Bring:




  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or warehouse environment




  • Strong understanding of material flow, inventory control, and warehouse organization




  • Ability to enforce standardized processes and transactional discipline




  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory or production systems (ERP/MES/WMS)




  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills




  • Experience working in fast-paced, shift-based operations




  • Lean manufacturing or 5S experience preferred




  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
