Supervisor Mobile Operations

The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading daily drill pipe inspection operations by supervising field personnel, managing resources and schedules, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer requirements. The role is focused on driving operational excellence, supporting customer satisfaction, and fostering a strong culture of safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred 
•  5+ years of experience in drill pipe inspection, NDT, or oilfield services 
•  2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience 
•  Strong knowledge of inspection methods (EMI, UT, visual) and industry standards (API, DS-1) 
•  Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
