HC&D is the premier supplier of ready-mix concrete and quarry materials.  We are seeking a qualified individual to join our HC&D team:

SUPERVISOR, NIGHT SHIFT (KAPAA QUARRY)

Seeking a self-starter with previous supervisory experience to direct production and maintenance personnel at our Kapaa Quarry location during night shift operations. Responsibilities include overseeing and facilitating repair and preventative maintenance routines as well as production activity involving heavy-duty off-highway equipment and crushing plant processing facilities.  Applicants must have strong supervisory, communication and reporting skills.  Knowledge and application of appropriate safety practices is a requisite.  Works under the supervision of the Quarry Operations Superintendent, Maintenance Superintendent and Quarry Manager and coordinates requirements with the day shift production and maintenance department.  Communicates all night shift events and activities.
