Requirements:

* Certified NJ Educational Facilities Manager.

* Black Seal license.

* At least five years of successful experience in the construction and maintenance of large buildings, or custodial-maintenance experience.

* Supplementary courses in engineering, construction and personnel supervision.

* High school graduate.

* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.

Job Goal:

* To assist the building principal in maintaining the physical school facility in a condition of operating excellence, cleanliness and safety, so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.
