Job Summary
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations of the retail store. This includes oversight of all retail actions including point of sale transactions, gift card transactions, cash handling procedures, guest service, staff scheduling, and ongoing staff education. Supervising the daily activities and operations of the Retail Department. Communicates all departmental needs, operational issues, operational results, and team member needs to the Retail Operations Manager. Performs all duties of Retail Sales Associate as needed.Job Description
