We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor, Packaging to lead a dynamic packaging team at our Raleigh, NC facility. If you are passionate about manufacturing leadership, packaging operations, production management, warehouse coordination, lean manufacturing, ISO 9001 compliance, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced production environment.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You’ll Do
Provide leadership and mentorship to the packaging team while overseeing daily production operations.
Monitor production schedules, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records, report key metrics to management.
Partner with management on human capital initiatives including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, QMS standards, ISO 9001 requirements, and security protocols.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing practices, and cost reduction efforts.
What You’ll Bring
High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, packaging, or printing operations.
Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MIS, and intranet systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
