The Role:

Responsible for supervising the operation of the Poker Room.  Supervises the poker dealers at the assigned tables.  Also responsible for compliance of internal controls and rating player action.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a good, sound knowledge of table procedures.


• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. 


• Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps.  (i.e. dinners, concerts and entertainment) Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities.


• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.


• Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, Title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.


• Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise poker dealers. 


• Other duties may be assigned.
