Saint Luke's South Hospital in Overland Park, Kansas is looking for a Radiology Supervisor for their Community Hospital locations!

• KS LRT required within 60 days of hire

• BLS Required

• Previous leadership experience preferred

The Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring quality care and service while meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements.

- Managing personnel functions such as supervising, hiring, discipline, coaching, performance management, and staffing.

- Assisting leadership with decision-making and daily operations, including budget preparation and maintenance.

- Collaborating with patients, customers, families, physicians, administration, and employees to fulfill customer needs in a patient-focused and healing environment.

The Radiology Supervisor will support the Radiology Manager in managing the Radiology department, which includes CT, Diagnostic, Interventional Radiology, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound, as well as community hospital imaging services. This position will also oversee staffing schedules for the South Radiology/CT and community hospitals, in addition to managing supply ordering, budget management, and daily operations.

Community Hospital locations: Leawood, Roeland Park, Kansas City, Kansas (Legends) locations, as well as Mission Farms location
