Job Summary:  Elevation is looking to hire a full-time Warehouse Manager that will be responsible for the overall operation of the warehouse. As such, this position oversees all material movement into and out of inventory. The Warehouse Manager will direct the activities of and exercise authority over all other personnel assigned either permanently or temporarily to warehouse duties.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

· Ensure the physical security of the inventory

· Ensure all required paperwork is properly filed out and submitted prior to allowing material to move in or out of inventory.

· Ensure the accuracy of the inventory records through proper paperwork and cycle counts

· Anticipate material receiving through the tracking of open purchase orders

· Ensure that receiving personnel check incoming materials for correct quantities, packing list availability, part number accuracy and description against purchase order, reporting any discrepancy.

· Ensure that all received materials are placed in their proper location immediately upon arrival, inclusive of prioritizing backorder receipts.

· Administer the flow of material lists through inventory, ensuring the accuracy of the information on those lists, generating backorder lists, tracking quantities on hand and establishing contract staged areas.

· Record any changes made to material list within the inventory area and who authorized

· Report any discrepancies, errors or omissions found on material lists to production

· Take personal responsibility of warehouse (material staged for shipment)

· Track shipping schedule and ensure shipments are properly prepared, inclusive of correctness, awareness of any missing materials and packaging for protection.

· Prepare load sheets for those placing materials on trucks

· This role will monitor fleet maintenance for the Nevada Market.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Education – High school diploma or GED required.

· Possess a BA/BSc in a related field like business administration, supply chain management, preferred.

· 2+ years of related warehouse and/or inventory control experience.

· Very strong organizational and communication skills.

· Strong math and analytical skills.

· Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports.

· Have a working knowledge of warehouse management software system.

· Must have a valid state driver’s license. 

· Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug  screen.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and forklift.

· Occasionally lift up to 65 pounds

· Occasionally bend, reach, kneel, and squat

· Work both inside and outside the warehouse, in all temperatures and climate conditions in accordance with Heat Stress procedures.
