Supervisor/Operator

JENNMAR Services, a staffing company specializing in employee placement for the energy industry, is currently seeking Supervisor/Operator. These is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits available.

Job Responsibilities for Supervisor/Operator:

• Can preform onsite project management from start to finish
• Can meet deadlines
• Can understand cost related to each job
• Coordinate equipment, manpower, and supplies for jobs.
• Conduct customer walk throughs and orientation.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other members of management.
• Ensure that supervised field staff/vendors are properly trained and work in a safe manner.
• Attend company meetings and training are necessary.
• Can read design drawings
• Can keep a team motivated, and on task.

Job requirements for Experienced Supervisor/Operators:

• 7-10 years’ experience-minimum of 2 years supervisor
• Wetland restoration experience preferred.
• Environmental experience is a plus.
• An understanding of E&S requirements
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to travel
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clean MVR
• Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test and background check
