Supervisory Analyst - Exiger Government Solutions (EGS)
The Supervisory Analyst role within Exiger Government Solutions (EGS) is a key leadership position responsible for guiding and overseeing the analytical efforts of a team of dedicated analysts. The role is based in the United States and requires a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality analysis and intelligence assessments.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical and analytical leadership across the program.
- Supervise and mentor junior technical staff.
- Lead development of APIs, AI/LLM models, and data pipelines to deliver on contractual obligations
- Represent team in customer-facing discussions; translate technical results into actionable insights.
What You Need:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, React.
- Experience with LLMs (development, fine-tuning, applications).
- Preferred background in financial crime (AML, sanctions, fraud) or trade issues (export controls, UFLPA, customs).
- Experience leading technical teams to deliver results to clients, preferably U.S. government agencies
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and accurately.
- Capacity to evaluate the relevance and importance of material, extract data pertaining to the assigned subject matter, and draw well-founded conclusions from the analysis.
- Proficiency in conducting open-source research and extracting information from extensive datasets.
- Strong understanding of clients' missions and priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of domains relevant to Exiger’s capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula expertise (e.g., vlookups, if statements) and the ability to use pivot tables
