Supplementing and Estimating Associate

Description

Ridgeline Roofing & Roofing is looking for a someone with a background in roof estimating or insurance supplementing. This person will need to be skilled in Xactimate/Symbility. Their role will be to work under the Department manager in handling several parts of the estimating and supplementing portions of a job. This will include estimating, reading insurance scope of losses, calling insurance companies, negotiating fair line items, insurance invoicing, etc. We are looking for someone that is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced company with a great culture! 

Salary: 40K to 65K based on experience

Requirements

• Read insurance scopes and identify areas of concern that need to be supplemented.
• Analyze customer inquiries and determine the appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to discuss open claims. 
• Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
• Use phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers. 
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
• Provide customers with updated service details and offer additional solutions or promotions when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Previous experience estimating or insurance adjusting work.
• Ability to utilize estimating tools such as Xactimate.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Experience with data entry and managing customer records in CRM systems.
