Overview: As a Supplier Enablement Analyst (Ivalua L2 Certified), you will play a key role in the support and implementation of supplier enablement solutions for our client using Ivalua’s suite of products. This role requires a strong understanding of supplier enablement processes and the ability to drive enhancements in supplier onboarding, management, and integration functions.
Location: Local MD resource – Baltimore, Annapolis
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and execute supplier enablement processes, ensuring seamless configuration and integration within the Ivalua platform for Punchout/cXML-enabled catalogs.
Serve as a key resource and team member on client projects, guaranteeing the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Support the enablement and configuration of supplier-related applications, with a concentrated focus on Ivalua functionalities.
Review and quality check work outputs of team members, providing guidance and training as required.
Drive process transformation initiatives that lead to measurable improvements in supplier management efficiencies.
Assist in establishing client value propositions that align supplier enablement best practices with overall organizational goals.
Provides documentation and analysis support.
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years of experience with supplier enablement processes and Ivalua procurement technology.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, information systems, operations, or a related field from an accredited college/university; an advanced degree is preferred.
Functional knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring Ivalua supplier enablement applications. Ivalua L2 certification is required.
Strong skills in data analysis and process improvement related to supplier management and supplier enablement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to facilitate training and presentations.
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated experience leading supplier enablement (Punchout) onboarding for procurement/ERP platforms.
Experience in configuring supplier enablement solutions in Ivalua Supplier, Requisition, Workflow, Purchase Order, and Invoices.
Experience in implementing cXML Invoices, Advanced Shipment Notices (ASN), and Quotes.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing supplier enablement solutions using best practices such as cXML standard or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments and build strong client relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills with close attention to detail and a strategic approach.
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
