Supplier Quality Engineer Consultant

SQE Consultant Service According to below scope

Scope: Part Qualification - Third Party Support-

Expected sQE qualification:
Engineering /Science degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in supplier quality with hands on Inspection witness experience, category knowledge, manufacturing processes know how etc.
Knowledge on categories like Porcelain insulators, Fabrication, Aluminium castings, Machining, chemicals would be added advantage.
SQE's will be interviewed and seiected by us

PPAP(Part qualification) expectation:
18 steps of pSw is not followed.
Bubble drawings, Control plan, FMEA, Cpk for CTQ's, Dimensional inspection reports, Routine test & other test reports from supplier is key
SQE to verify the correctness and provide conformance. Witness the inspection of the part by physically visiting the supplier
On an average 1 man-day would be sufficient per PPAP

SQE operational support would be as below
Coordination with INOPC (Indian operation centre)sQE in my team to work on PPAP's
Participating in supplier kick-off meeting (1 to 2 hours) visiting supplier 1 day for witnessing the inspection, verifying reports
Sharing the reports to Hitachi Energy teams
