Supplier Quality Excellence Manager- Americas - Princeton, NJ

Champion and execute regional quality initiatives related to raw materials (RM) and supplier performance, aligning with corporate quality goals. Lead cross-regional collaboration to manage and improve performance of top-offending suppliers, ensuring alignment with procurement, operations, and quality teams. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of suppliers and tollers, identifying potential quality and compliance risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Plan, execute, and follow up on supplier and toller audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement practices. Provide quality oversight and support for North America (NAM) Hypercare initiatives, ensuring rapid response and resolution of supplier-related quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of supplier quality systems and processes for new Fluency in English, fluent in Spanish is a plus.
