This individual will be responsible for leading a team of Supplier Quality Engineers for Spencer site. Leads a team to onboard, maintain and support material suppliers; investigate supplier-related material and service nonconformances; engage proactively with suppliers to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement. Generates and champions new ideas, approaches, initiatives. Operates with a global perspective across BSC sites, business units, and functions. Provides appropriate oversight, risk evaluation, and action to mitigate impact to Boston Scientific. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
