Supplier, Quality Manager 


Join Millennium Print Group as a Supplier Quality Manager!


We're looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you're passionate about supplier quality, manufacturing excellence, quality engineering, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to build a world-class supplier quality program supporting products enjoyed by millions around the world.

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

What You'll Do



  • Lead supplier quality initiatives including supplier audits, qualifications, incoming inspection, SCARs, supplier scorecards, and continuous improvement programs.

  • Establish MPG's Receiving Inspection Department, including staffing, equipment, inspection procedures, and quality systems integration.

  • Develop supplier quality standards, inspection criteria, sampling plans, and supplier performance metrics.

  • Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to resolve supplier quality issues and improve supplier performance.

  • Create Power BI dashboards, analyze supplier quality trends, and drive data-based decision making.

  • Develop supplier onboarding processes, warranty programs, return material procedures, and Approved Supplier List (ASL) management.

  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and CAPA initiatives to reduce supplier defects, scrap, and rework.


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field (master's preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Incoming Inspection, or Supplier Development.

  • Experience leading supplier audits, SCARs, CAPA investigations, and supplier quality improvement programs.

  • Experience establishing or managing Receiving Inspection or Incoming Quality departments.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, supplier management, and manufacturing processes.

  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Minitab, ERP systems, and quality analytics tools.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, CQE, or CSQP certifications are highly desirable.
