The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an Experienced Supplier Quality Specialist (Level 3) based out of Everett or Renton, Washington to support the Supplier Quality team with process and project improvements.
Selected candidate will develop and improve current and next generation Quality tools and processes within our Receiving Inspection and Planning Team. Candidate will research new Quality capabilities for development, which includes working cross functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing organizations to produce new and improved processes, systems and tools. Also, it includes ensuring agreement with stakeholders and implementing processes and tools at Boeing sites around the world.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to ensure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed
Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions
Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability
Develop scope, schedule, plans and leads hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements, and reports results to management
Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for complex nonconforming materials, parts and equipment
Assists in the development of new standard repairs for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment
Lead projects that are assigned to team and senior management
Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of knowledge or experience working with and supporting Quality Management Systems or Quality Requirements within a Quality and/or Engineering discipline
3+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems
3+ years of experience with project management
Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Proficiency and experience with CMES, Velocity
Technical experience in an aerospace environment
Experience with Buyer Furnish Equipment processes and requirements
Experience with inspections processes and requirements
