Supplier Relations Manager

This position is within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients.

As a Supplier Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with key suppliers to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance, mitigate risks, and support the company’s strategic sourcing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships aligned with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and resolve supply issues.
- Identify potential new suppliers and conduct supplier evaluations and audits.
- Manage supplier risk by assessing financial stability, compliance, and operational capabilities.
- Support sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier or vendor management, preferably in professional services or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and manage supplier performance metrics.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and ethical sourcing is a plus.
