As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to help optimize and oversee our end-to-end supply chain.

Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing production planning, inventory, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure seamless product flow from manufacturing to customer delivery. This role works cross-functionally with product development, merchandising, finance, and operations to support business growth while maintaining quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, production, inventory, and logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and logistics partners
• Oversee production timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to minimize shortages and excess stock
• Collaborate with product and merchandising teams on seasonal planning and launches
• Monitor costs, negotiate pricing, and identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain
• Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing, sustainability, and operational standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production, preferably in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory planning, and logistics
• Experience working with domestic and international vendors
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Excel and supply chain or ERP systems
