Job Description - Supply Chain Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily office operations and customer interactions. This role combines administrative responsibilities, customer service support, and accounting-related functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of balancing independent work with team collaboration. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales team accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory support
Serve as an internal resource for customers and sales representatives
Respond to day-to-day customer inquiries, requests, and service needs
Enter orders, track deliveries, and provide supporting documentation
Identify and resolve customer issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Answer incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette
Perform general clerical and administrative office duties
Prepare paperwork, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
Accounting experience, including inventory management, required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with Sage 100 preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and reliability
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
$47,000 - $55,000 a year
