Supply Chain Coordinator - Innovative Company

Do you have Stock and Inventory Experience? Have you been in a fast paced, production based role? CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a Supply and Matching Coordinator for a Jewelry and Watch Company located in Fort Worth!

Job Title: Supply and Matching Coordinator

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Length of Assignment: Long term temp

Responsibilities:

• Sort repair pouches coming from Dismantling in the Grouping area

• Place order for consumables

• Match pouch with white boxes coming from cleaning

• Match spare parts with repair: direct procurement and consumable

• Transfer to parts delay when required in SAP

• Transfer to assembling in SAP

• Pick and ensure accurate stock for the Local Stock

• Collect the Flowbacks in the workshop based on the defined schedule

• Place orders for needed parts

• Transfer the repair to missing parts in SAP

• Transfer the repair to parts delay if required in SAP

• Organization and monitoring of the case preparation: ensure FIFO

• Organization of the ready-to-repair in the workshop: ensure FIFO and management by date, depending on the Brand.

• Transfer to Final Control.

• Transfer Fail QCs to the teams.

Perform Quality Control Functions     

• Test repaired watches using equipment for “dry” pressure testing.

• Test repaired watches using equipment for “wet” pressure testing.

• Use timing equipment to ensure correct function, accurate timing and overall quality.

• Use winding equipment to provide accurate test results on repaired watches.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED Experience in stock and inventory management, with an experience in after sales

• SAP and MS Office

• REQUIRED Quality Control and inventory experience

• Good interpersonal relations: capacity to handle multiple stakeholders’ situations and processes

• Organizational and communication skills

• Client and solution oriented

• HS Diploma or GED
