Qualifications:
Proficiency in logistics and inventory systems with at least three years of supervisory or managerial experience
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to foster positive relationships with stakeholders
Thorough understanding of company products and logistics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Physical capability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
Relocation to Lake Forest, CA 92630 required before starting work
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of supply chain management, including carrier selection, shipping methods, budget assessment, and storage organization
Supervise warehouse inventory and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
Set inventory levels based on sales history and manage inventory effectively
Hire, train, and evaluate departmental supervisors
Collaborate with other departments to identify and maintain necessary resources for an efficient supply chain
Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies
Analyze current procedures and suggest improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and profitability
Negotiate prices with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies
Participate in product development team meetings, providing guidance on supply availability and cost
Monitor supplier performance and qualify new suppliers as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
