Supply Chain Planning Internship - Urgent Hire

Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Supply Chain Intern/Co-Op. During your internship you will work directly with our Supply Chain and Logistics team; work cross-functionally, as needed, with manufacturing, operations, engineering, sales and business development; gain experience in a high-tech manufacturing company environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Contacting Suppliers/Expediting PO’s
• Identify and Pull inventory that needs rework/scrap based on Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
• Check open Work In Progress (WIP) and ensure all ECO changes have been applied
• Adding/removing shortages from Hot List
• Update lead-times in the system to support order acknowledgments and quotes
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree focused in Supply Chain, Business or Industrial Engineering
• Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Compensation: $23-25/hour
