  • Support FAI planning in accordance with EN9102 Chapter 4.2

  • Verify supplier evidence of conformity per EN9102 Chapter 4.5

  • Coordinate with Engineering Teams to validate selected key characteristics

  • Support LAI securization activities in collaboration with transferring plants

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Support SCQM / Head of Project in data collection, monitoring, and reporting

  • Prepare and support SQIP Days and supplier workshops

  • Act as an interface between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and sub‑tiers

  • Ensure alignment with supplier requirements and industrial standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, supplier quality, or industrial performance

  • Proven experience working with aerospace suppliers (Tier 1 / Tier 2)

  • Direct exposure to aerospace OEM environments is strongly preferred

  • Experience with supplier development programs (SQIP, SVIP, or equivalent) is a strong advantage

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • EN9102 (FAI / LAI)

    • Aerostructure manufacturing processes

    • Quality assurance and industrial performance metrics (QCD)

  • Ability to assess industrial process robustness and maturity

  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools

Core Competencies & Mindset

  • Strong analytical and root‑cause analysis skills

  • Structured, method‑driven approach to problem solving

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities

  • Able to influence suppliers without direct authority

  • Comfortable working in multicultural, multi‑site environments

  • Fully aligned with the mindset: Safety > Cleanliness > Quality > On‑Time Delivery > Productivity

  • Ability to empower and energize suppliers toward ownership of results
