6-month contract, potential temp to hire
Responsibilities
Mange the flow of goods and services from supplier to customer.
Train and support Team Members on supply chain day to day transactions.
Troubleshoot purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, and invoicing.
Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates on the delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications for Procurement Specialist
1+ years working in Procurement/Supply Chain
Proficient in ERP Software
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Workflow.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building.
Driven by process improvement projects.
Able to travel to meet vendors and suppliers as necessary.
Additional certification in the field of procurement desired.
