Akkodis is seeking

a

Supply Chain Specialist

for a Contract position with a client in

San Diego, CA.

Ideally, we are looking for applicants with a solid background in

Supply Chain Specialist

and extensive experience with

Customer PO/vendor PO/Purchasing & Sales.

Pay Range: $19 to $22/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Supply Chain Specialist job responsibilities Includes:Contact customers to answer inquiries and notify them of investigation results and planned adjustments.

Unresolved customer inquiries will be coordinated with the designated department for further investigation.

Record customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, comments and actions taken.

Obtain and investigate all relevant information to assess legitimacy and identify possible causes.

Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time.

Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.

Experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Tsuyo talent is especially needed for Excel)

Education/Experience:High school diploma or GED required.

Several years of import/export related experience required.

Quality-related experience is a plus. (Know quality-related words, etc.)

LanguageEnglish/Japanese (Spanish is best).
