Job Description - Supply Technician

Location: 650 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ.
Worksite: On-site
Position: full-time
Duties:

Maintain stock at inventory locations for clinical and administrative services.
Pull and replenish stock, interact with customers, and resolve issues.
Perform daily inventory checks using barcoding or hand counts.
Distribute items based on needs; expedite deliveries using a pager.
Deliver supplies ensuring they are sterile and operational.
Clean supply areas per aseptic guidelines.
Support inventories and note discrepancies.
Receive and store supplies in main inventory areas.
Maintain stock levels through periodic inventory checks.
Inform personnel about new or changed supplies.

Requirements:

Knowledge of supply management procedures.
Ability to interpret supply/inventory policies and regulations.
Knowledge of stock rotation, hazard alerts, and recalls.
Familiarity with automated inventory systems.
Analytical skills for problem-solving and data collection.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Knowledge of supply items and aseptic procedures.
Effective communication skills.
