PCSI is looking for a Supply Technician at Edwards AFB! A Supply Technician performs technical supply management activities, including inventory control, storage management, cataloging, and property accountability in support of depot, local, and other supply operations. This position will report to the project manager and is based at Edwards AFB.
Base pay of $43.50hr

What You'll Do as a Supply Technician:
Participation in the Performance Evaluation program is required.
Perform technical supply management activities, including inventory control, storage management, cataloging, and property accountability in support of depot, local, and other supply operations.
Apply governing supply directives, systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and established procedures with limited refresher research.
Support the movement, tracking, and accountability of property between and within assigned work areas to maintain efficient operational flow.
Provide accurate data for monthly, quarterly, and other required inventory reports.
Research supply issues, analyze processes, identify root causes, and recommend or implement corrective actions and process improvements.
Inspect materials for defects, label and mark products, maintain accurate records, and store items in designated warehouse locations.
Resolve routine supply actions and individual case problems in accordance with standardized guidelines, while recognizing when variations require additional review.
Use assigned hardware and software systems, including SBSS, CAMS, FEDLOG, and SATS, as applicable, to complete supply and inventory functions.
Review and analyze related reports and listings, complete required follow-up actions, and provide recommendations based on findings.
Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations, and present information as required.
Conduct proficiency training as assigned, evaluate trainee progress and performance, and provide recommendations to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards within assigned functional areas.
Seek guidance from supervisors or other designated officials when performing non-routine tasks.
Follow company and personal safety requirements, comply with applicable safety standards, perform work within authorized skill levels, and use required personal protective equipment.

What You'll Need:
âââAssociates Degree in Business/Logistics or a related field required, or the equivalent combination of formal training and related work experience.
âMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferred.ââ
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with word-processing and integrated software applications.
Working knowledge of supply directives, established guidelines, process requirements, and technical supply management practices.
Ability to support multiple areas of supply, inventory, and warehouse management beyond a primary assigned function.
Ability to assist and communicate with others as needed and establish effective working relationships.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define problems, gather and evaluate data, establish facts, and recommend appropriate actions.
Ability to understand organizational requirements and support standardized technical supply operations within defined scope and complexity.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage routine work accurately and efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively with CORs regarding Materiel Management functions of the PWS.
Other Requirements:
Ability to safely lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
