Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support & IT Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT related problems in a timely manner

- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment

- Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and routers

- Ensure data security and backup systems are in place and functioning properly

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues

- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies

- Train employees on how to use new hardware and software systems

- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT systems

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of data security and backup systems

- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new skills quickly
