The CPR Rescue Training Center and facilitates effective business operations for the Center. Supports the educational services offered to ProMedica, other entities and surrounding communities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES *
All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise*
1. Supports the CPR Rescue Training Center in the coordination of work assignments and work scheduled for all instructors of CPR and First Aid providers. Schedules participants and distributes appropriate training and study material.
2. Opens and routes incoming mail. Makes rounds to offices and departments to distribute correspondence and other materials.
3. Answers phones, taking and returning messages, as required.
4. Supports the ordering of and dispersing of all training materials and supplies. Assists to monitor equipment and arranges repairs, as needed.
5. Maintains the employee resuscitation education data base and issues system wide reports for ProMedica and the community, as required.
6. Initiates, completes, and tracks payment for The CPR Training Center services. Any deposits are made in a timely fashion.
7. Assists Training Center Coordinator and Leadership with department budget development and maintains standards with budgetary objectives for The CPR Training Center
8. Oversees the coordination of customer satisfaction surveys and summarizing the results for quality improvement.
Job Requirements
Education: High School Graduate
Skills: Microsoft Office, My Learning, My Time. Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Take ownership of problems, handle stress in a professional and healthy manner, and make informed decisions.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Personal Protective Equipment: Must be able to tolerate exposure to air-borne pathogens, bleach and other disinfectants.
Physical Demands: This position requires a moderate amount of walking and lifting, and stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching. Be able to move about, efficiently and effectively. Must be able to occasionally and with assistance move heavy weight materials and equipment.
