We are seeking a skilled and empathetic mental health professional to serve as a community-based Support Counselor, working directly with youth and families in their community.
As the Support Counselor, you’ll be a vital link in a multidisciplinary support network, helping young people and their caregivers navigate mental health challenges, access community resources, and build the skills needed for long-term stability and growth. Whether providing counseling in a family’s home, coordinating transportation to a court hearing, or stepping in during a crisis at school, your presence will make a meaningful difference.
