Position General Summary:
The Support Representative, Proctored Exam assists in the scheduling of proctored final exams for students by collaborating with teachers and communicating with students and parents. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple parties to ensure that final exams are administered smoothly and efficiently. Strong organizational skills are essential, as the scheduling process involves managing multiple exams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Essential Position Functions:
Collaborate with student, parent and teacher to schedule student’s proctored final exam in a timely manner
Update academic integrity proctored final exam incidents
Use the Help Desk ticketing system to efficiently maintain accurate records of proctored final exams.
Support the Senior Manager, Academic Integrity and all staff regarding academic integrity policies and procedures
Maintain a high level of collaborative work with teachers on individual proctored final exams
Support all stakeholders including but not limited to external school personnel, instructional leaders, parents, students, teachers, and FLVS counselors regarding academic integrity issues
Support the process of delivering proctored exams for students
Provide DMCA take-down notices to remove content from the web, as needed
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proper use of the academic integrity database
Evaluate, audit, deduce, and/or assess data and/or information using established criteria
Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrates respect for others

Minimum Requirements:
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Associate’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience:
One year experience working in education, preferably working in VSA and the FLVS LMS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's):
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of customer service
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of VSA administration
Knowledge of the basic principles of the credit production process
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
Ability to exercise independent judgment to adopt or modify methods and standards to meet variations in assigned objectives

Frequency of travel: Occasional travel is required for meetings, trainings, and conferences; location may vary and may require overnight stays
