Job Description - Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist you are at the forefront of helping those developers create. On a given day, you’ll help folks with all sorts of things, ranging from billing and account questions to general Replit usage questions. You will help bubble up what is important to Replit’s engineering and Product teams, and what needs improvement to your own team. We use tools like Zendesk, Linear, Slack, Stripe, Orb, and Replit itself to get the job done. You will work on a small team of other support specialists and engineers from around the world. The role reports to the Head of Support.

In this role you will…

  • Work directly with Replit customers via support tickets to solve account, billing, and product issues

  • Collaborate with the rest of the Support team in telling the story of our users to the rest of Replit

  • Directly contribute to the Support Knowledge Base

  • Look for, lead, and ship improvements to how the support team operates

  • Help on-board new members of the support team

Required skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of Zendesk’s ticketing system

  • Experience in Customer Support

  • Knowledge of Stripe

Nice to have:

  • Experience in programming

Tools + Tech Stack for this role

  • Zendesk

  • Orb
