IT Support Specialist I

Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday 6am-3pm.
Hybrid schedule after 60-days (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: Depending on Experience
What you will bring to Sunstate
- Someone who has invested time into their career.
- You have sharp knowledge in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS.
- Exposure to Active Directory.
- Desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems and other various hardware is NO challenge to you!
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting internal customers. Customer service skills are sharp!
- Self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent verbal/written communication skills. You know, all the good stuff. We know you got this!
Nice to haves
- Bachelors in IT or a related field.
- You have some exposure to hyper converged infrastructure such as Nutanix hardware.
- Exposure to server virtualization.
- Familiarity with cloud computing administration leveraging Azure or AWS.
- Experience with ITIL.
- Experience with a VDI Environment.
