Position:  Support Technician I
Job Type: Full Time


Qualifications: 



  • Education: Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work
    experience.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Help Desk or IT Support experience preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency:





    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe productivity suites, email systems,
      and ticketing software.

    • Familiarity with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and remote
      desktop tools is a plus.

    • High degree of accuracy and organization in documentation and recordkeeping.

Support Technician I Position Highlights:



  • Respond promptly and courteously to Help Desk calls, emails, and tickets, ensuring
    each request is accurately logged and categorized

  • Maintain precise and thorough documentation of all support activities, including
    troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-ups, within the ticketing system.

  • Provide user guidance and training on IT systems, tools, and best practices to
    reduce preventable support issues.

  • Work closely with senior technicians, system administrators, and other IT team
    members to identify recurring issues and process gaps.
