We’re Hiring a Full-Time Support Worker

All you need is:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children and families, OR an associate degree in a Human Services field.
• A willingness to learn—we’ll provide the training!

A Day in the Life

As a Support Worker, you’ll:

• Partner with Case Managers to ensure children can safely thrive at home.
• Teach important life skills like healthy communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.
• Work with families to access resources, advocate for their needs, and help improve their quality of life.
