Support Worker

Description

 ****Average hourly rate is $17.82 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

Support children and families in the Family Preservation Program by coordinating resources, assisting with case plans, and providing hands-on guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Connect families with community resources (e.g., childcare, employment, benefits).
• Coach families on parenting, child development, and life skills.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare files for audits.
• Provide crisis intervention and transportation as needed.
• Collaborate with case managers and therapists to achieve program goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School/GED required
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and technology proficiency.

Work Environment:

• Office, home, and community-based with moderate physical activity.
