What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll:

• Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
• Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
• Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

What You Need

All you need is a high school diploma or equivalent, and some experience working with kids and families—or an associate degree in Human Services to jump right in. We’ll teach you the rest!
