TFI Family Services is hiring a full-time Support Worker to join our team!

What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker, you’ll work closely with Case Managers to support families and help children thrive in safe, loving environments. You’ll:

• Teach families important skills like managing emotions, building healthy relationships, and resolving conflicts.
• Connect families with resources and advocate for their needs.
• Be part of a team that plans and works together to improve the lives of children and families.

What You Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience working with kids and families.
• An associate degree in Human Services can replace the experience requirement.
• A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed!
