Responsibilities:
Supervises staff that provides supported employment services for persons with mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provides leadership and creates vision for staff resulting in an understanding and a belief in recovery. Plans and determines teamwork priorities, staff utilization and caseloads. Implements and monitor the team’s practices, efficiencies, and effectiveness. Provides direct services, documents, and provides clinical guidance as directed to other clinical and direct care staff as appropriate.
Qualification :
· Bachelor’s degree in mental health or social services, business, personnel management, vocational services or 5 years’ experience in a
related area
. One to two years’ experience assisting individuals with employment and prefer providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness
and work independently
. Must have reliable means of transportation for transporting consumers and maintain safe driving record
