## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\n \n\nThe Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam\u0027s business.\n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nOversees the planning and controls the flow of materials, products, services and related systems information from point of origin to point of delivery. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, or critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, third-party warehousing and shipping/receiving activities. Develops and implements logistics plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints. Provides financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories. Exhibits thorough understanding of international Letters of Credit and other forms of banking documents and international shipments. Interacts with vendors and peers in Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Product Development personnel to optimize systems and procedures. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nKey Responsibilities, but are not limited to: \n\n * Manage daily operations, team performance, and career development \n * Oversee multiple warehouse operations across PHX spares warehouse\n * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, SOX, ISO, and quality standards \n * Attend daily/weekly status meetings for your department and provide real-time updates \n * Act as the primary escalation point for your department, resolving complex operational issues promptly. \n * Lead cross-functional projects to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance quality \n * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service levels \n * Support system implementations and logistics process improvements \n * Monitor and report on key metrics: inventory, in-transit goods, warehouse quality \n * Conduct root cause analysis for quality escapes using structured problem-solving \n * Respond to changes in manufacturing build plans with proactive logistics support \n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * A degree or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience as an individual contributor.\n * Minimum of 4 years of logistics or warehouse operations leadership experience \n * Strong leadership and organizational skills \n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus \n * Excellent communication and customer service skills \n * Ability to analyze technical documents (drawings, schematics, designs) \n * Experience with inventory control, reporting, and process management \n * Ability to manage multiple processes and projects \n * SAP WM or EWM experience \n * Structured problem solving experience (8D, 5-why, fishbone)\n * Professionalism, problem-solving mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement \n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Continued education or professional development \n * Familiarity with logistics systems and automation tools \n * Familiarity with automated storage and retrieval systems (VLM, Autostore, AGV) \n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
