Responsibilities include coordination and alignment of resources to meet Lam\u2019s safety, production and organizational objectives. Supervisors are expected to demonstrate Lam\u2019s core values through professional conduct and a dedication to honesty and integrity.\n\nIn addition to safety and production objectives, Supervisors are responsible for employee development, employee performance, and corrective actions, as well as collaboration with management, engineers (software, hardware and electrical). Strategic responsibilities include managing special projects, continuous improvement activities and organizational alignment to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nDefine and manage projects, continuous improvement activities and performance to KPIs \nAssign resources and activities based on lab priorities, and personnel skills \nCollaborates with leadership team on organizational staffing \nManage employee performance by documenting, coaching, and communicating desired behaviors; work with management and HR to suggest corrective action; assess annual performance and meet in person to discuss. \nComplete direct report performance reviews, create development plans and conduct regular one on ones. \n\nSafety \nExemplify Lam\u2019s safety culture by demonstrating a Safety-First mindset \nManage safety performance and initiatives to align with organizational objectives \nInvestigate and document safety events utilizing EHS reporting system and working with EHS resources to develop mitigating/corrective actions \n\nCommunications \nCoordinate and communicate escalations activities to affected stakeholders (Software, Process, Engineering) \nEncourage teamwork through open communication and collaboration \nConduct quarterly check-ins with direct reports to monitor performance, provide coaching, and training. \n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Minimum Qualifications\n\n * Requires ability to work and lead a team in a clean room environment \n\n * Proficiency with use of computer software and database applications\n\n * Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a team environment.\n\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience (Vocational, Military, etc) \nFour+ years\u2019 leading a team \nTwo+ years\u2019 supervisory experience \nMaintenance experience and ability to troubleshoot PECVD equipment \nFamiliar with Lab360, CIMS (CRF), eMOC-TRIRIGA (databases used in the applications lab)\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
